Establishing sustainable practices in the company as an ongoing process is not only a challenge, but also offers great opportunities. It pays to operate in an economically, ecologically and socially responsible manner. This includes fair working conditions, environmental protection and the careful use of resources. We work consistently to anchor, continuously develop and implement sustainable processes in the company - for people, the environment and for future generations.

We are sustainable because:

• we work regionally and always give preference to awarding external contracts in the region.
• since January 1, 2023, we have been working only with green electricity.
• we perform our water purification with ozone and UV to reduce the use of biocides and hazardous substances.
• we reintegrate our own cullet into the production cycle to avoid waste and save energy.
• we source our main raw material "quartz sand" from Germany, thus avoiding long transport routes.
• we are changing our finishing processes from ceramic to organic and digital.
• we will reduce our carbon footprint by 62.3% by 2032.

We are social:
