How will I be looked after during my training at Ritzenhoff?
It is important to Ritzenhoff that you get and keep a permanent contact person on site. Our trainers and training officers will be there for you.
Is there a chance of being taken on after the apprenticeship?
More than one chance. Ritzenhoff is interested in long-term cooperation and we specifically train our junior staff ourselves. We would also like to accompany you in your further professional development after the apprenticeship.
How many days of holiday do I get per year?
You get 30 days of holiday per year.
What happens after the apprenticeship?
We look at your personal strengths and professional goals and try to offer you prospects within the framework of the company's possibilities.
How do I imagine lessons at vocational school and where do I have to go?
Vocational school is held here in the region on one or two days a week. For glassmakers and process mechanics, there are block classes in Zwiesel, Germany. The location of the vocational school varies depending on the occupation - whenever possible, we take into account that the vocational school is close to home. You can find more information on the individual training courses - or you can ask us.
What can I earn during my training?
In the first year you start with 895 euros per month, in the second year it is 945 euros, in the third year 1,040 euros and in the fourth year 1,085 euros.
